im still hungry! what to do??? please help, ten points best answer!?
ok so im thirteen, 5ft4, and 93 lbs. I AM NOT DIETING! im trying to eat 1500 calories a day because im not physically active. did i eat healthy? heres what i ate today:
breakfast: oatmeal, sugarfree canned peaches, diet hot chocolate
lunch: barbeque sandwich, corn, green beans, apple
dinner: spaghetti sauce (no noodles), granola bar, and fat free yogurt.
im still kinda hungry but ive already had about 1500 calories today!! have i eaten too much?? can i eat anything else tonight??
You say you are not dieting, but you are eating a low carb diet. Go ahead and have the pasta.
If you do not want to gain weight continue with the low carb diet and add more protein rich foods with your meals or snacks. It takes the body longer to digest the protein thus keeping your hunger satisfied longer. Have a handfull of nuts, beans, meat, cheese or half a peanut butter sandwich etc. These foods will not make you fat.
